Existing Content Import Tracker

This package includes everything that you need to manage the import of existing content into your architecture tool:

• A tracker in Notion (notion.so - free for personal use) including

  • the description of the approach

  • a Notion database to track the to-be-imported models

  • an automated template for each model that will create a Kanban board including all needed steps described in these two articles

  • objectives and detailed activities for each step

  • instructions how to populate the Notion database from a spreadsheet

• A Google spreadsheet showing the import progress by various aspects (by area, modeler, etc.)

  • instructions how to import the Notion data into the spreadsheet. Unfortunately, Notion does not include dashboarding capabilities at the time

• A Google spreadsheet template for mass import of a model catalog into Notion

• A presentation that explains the process in detail, and also includes examples from a previous project
